The Sega Dreamcast supported a mouse as well as a keyboard.
The Dreamcast Keyboard is a keyboard peripheral built for the Sega Dreamcast. Though keyboards had existed for consoles in the past, the Dreamcast’s keyboard was seen as the first “useful” one, thanks to the Dreamcast’s internet capabilities. It was also the first console keyboard to be released internationally in large numbers.
The Dreamcast Mouse is a mouse controller for the Sega Dreamcast similar to the Shuttle Mouse for Sega Saturn and Mega Mouse for the Sega Mega Drive.
The mouse and keyboard were useful when using the Dreamcast’s online web browsing capabilities, and were also supported by certain games such as The Typing of the Dead, Quake 3, Phantasy Star Online and Railroad Tycoon 2. Other games such as REZ offered undocumented mouse support.
I recently added a Dreamcast keyboard to my collection not too long ago, but I couldn’t pass these 2 up as they were boxed.
