The Nintendo DS Nintendogs Pak is a special-edition bundle released in late 2005 to celebrate the launch of the Nintendogs franchise. In Europe, this specific “Blue” pak featured a Blue original Nintendo DS console (the “Phat” model) paired with the Labrador & Friends version of the game. It was released on October 7, 2005, and was part of a dual-colour launch strategy where a pink console was bundled with the Dachshund & Friends version to appeal to a wide demographic of new handheld gamers.
